Sardinia;
part of Italy, yet unique. The story goes that God created Sardinia
and marvelled at what he had done, he tried to re-create this
wonder, but failed, he named this second creation: Paradise!
Sardinia;
a Mediterranean island blessed with warm sunshine, turquoise crystal-clear
seas, white flour-like beaches and miles of unspoiled coastline.
The hinterland boasts miles of rugged countryside dotted with
picturesque villages. Here you can enjoy all that is good about
Italy, as well as something more. Whether it is your choice
to simply relax in a beach-side villa or apartment, join in with
some of the numerous watersports on offer, or simply soak up the
unique and fascinating culture, Sardinia has something to offer
everyone. Working with our 'partners' in Sardinia, Creativity
Travel can offer holidays, tours and short-breaks for 12 months
of the year.
For
groups, both small and large interested in photography, winetasting,
culture, anglo/italian exchange or celebrating a special occasion
or simply having a good time, consider Sardinia. Creativity
Travel is able to put together excellent 'value for money' holidays
in Sardinia, with economy flights, hotels from 3 - 5 star, coaches,
guides and itineraries which reflect your interest, and help you
make the most of your visit. Perhaps you might choose an
activity for every day of your stay, or perhaps you prefer to
relax around a pool, play cards or Bridge, or stroll out to the
local shops and choose just one or two very special excursions?
We are able to offer warm and friendly hotels in all parts of
the island, and you can choose exactly where ! Perhaps you would
like to be in the north-west near to the bustling town of Alghero,
or perhaps you would like to explore the wild and fascinating
hinterland, or one of the golden coasts with turquoise seas ?
If a fantastic capital city with castles, cathedrals, nestling
up to shops, and sophisticated bars and restaurants surrounded
by spectacular coast and countryside appeals - you
could do no better than to choose Cagliari in the south of the
island.
The
following programme is just one idea, which we hope will give
you a taste of what can be offered. This programme is based
on 40 persons, but, there are all sorts of similar, economically
priced holidays for groups of all sizes. Sardinia is wonderful
in autumn and spring, and even has plenty to offer in mid-winter.
Perhaps really special in mid or late September when many have
returned to school or work, but the average temperature by day
is still mid twenties, the pools are still open, and skies and
sea are still blue !
