DAY ONE
Arrival in Firenze ( Florence airport or SMN railway station )
Pick up and transfer to our Villa. Welcome lunch or dinner. Relax and settle in and begin to explore the villa and the stunning gardens. Bed and Breakfast. There are several, delightful, and beautiful historic apartments within this wonderful complex. Contact us for further details .
DAY TWO
After your buffet breakfast, guided visit of the hills of Florence and the Etruscan town of Fiesole. Brief visit to the Roman theatre and Etruscan archaeological sites. Short walk to the San Francesco's convent to enjoy a great view of Florence. Optional light lunch in a charming local restaurant where we can enjoy excellent homemade stuffed pasta. In the afternoon, return to the villa. Free time to enjoy the gardens and to pick vegetables and aromatic herbs for our first cooking lesson - ' appetizers and pasta' from 4.30pm until 8pm. DAY THREE
After your buffet breakfast, an all day guided excursion to Chianti. Visit the picturesque mediaeval town of Montefioralle, and also Greve in Chianti ( home of the slow food movement in Italy ) - Optional extra lunch in Greve in a true Tuscan 'Trattoria' or other Tuscan village. In the afternoon, guided visit to a family-owned farm. This is located in breathtaking, panoramic surroundings,. Taste the oil and wine and visit the vineyards and olive groves. On the way back, stop in a winery next to the mediaeval village of Panzano in Chianti ( location of the most famous butcher of Tuscany " Dario Cecchini ' ) - Perhaps, then go on to enjoy a dinner, tasting the famous " bistecca alla Fiorentina " at a small 'osteria' or back at your hotel ( optional extra ) Bed and Breakfast
DAY FOUR
After buffet breakfast, second cookery lesson preparing meat and vegetables and desserts ready for a sumptuous lunch which we have prepared together. In the afternoon travel to Incisa Val d'Arno to visit an important designer outlet, which hosts, Yves St Laurent, La Perla and Giorgio Armini, Gucci amongst others. On the way back, dinner next to Sab Casciano Val di Pesa in a typical family style trattoria. Return to your villa hotel. Bed and Breakfast
DAY FIVE
After buffet breakfast, fee day with the guide and car available for client requests or suggested day excursion to Val D'Orcia and Montalcino. In the morning, travel to Montepulciano, visiting its historical centre and tasting the Nobile di Montelpuciano wine in 2 different cellars then travel to Pienza with an optional light lunch including the traditional Pecorino cheese. In the afternoon, a visit of the Roman Abbet if Sant' Antimo and the estate of Collesorbo and their wine cellars for a spot of wine tasting: Table wine, Montalcino red wine, Brunello di Montalcino, Sant'Antimo DOC Dinner in an ' osteria' in the village of Sant Angelo in Colle with panoramic views over the hills. Return to your villa hotel. Bed and Breakfast
DAY SIX
Buffet breakfast, followed by excursion to the mediaeval villages of San Gimignano ( optional lunch and ice-cream tasting ) In the afternoon return to the villa for the third cookery lesson ( 4.30-8.00pm ) baking bread in a wood-fired oven - Also pizza making and fruit in the oven. Breakfast as usual and departure at a time to suit to Florence Airport or railway station.

This “ Nobleman's House ” is now made over to tourist accommodation and it is divided into five apartments, which are traditional and beautiful. They are: I Melograno (The Pomegranate-Tree), Il Giuggiolo (The Jujube-Tree),La Logetta (The Open Gallery) La Torre (The Tower) and Il Geso (The Mulberry).The apartments offer every kind of comfort, even though they preserve the ancient beauty of the building and its history, thanks to careful restoration and classical period furnishings
For our guests, refined rooms and spacious living – rooms overlooking the vineyard and the olive – grove all near at hand. All the apartments have an independent heating and air conditioning system; in this way we assure you silence and the possibility to modify the temperature according to your preferences. Furthermore, they have a private kitchen with refrigerator and deep freeze, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, dishes and fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. Each apartment also has TV, phone, cable and satellite national and international TV, direct internet and ASTRA and EUTELSAT satellites connection .
A swimming-pool in the garden and a barbecue corner are available to our guests. It is indeed essential to taste the famous and delicious steak “ bistecca alla fiorentina ” , a real unfailing culinary experience during your Tuscan holiday!
